Siddarth says that he will act at least in one Tamil film in a year
When asked Siddarth that why he could not been seen in Tamil films regularly, he said, "I like Tamil cinema very much but I have a market in Telugu. I get good directors and quality stories there. I confidently acted in the films which had good stories with scope.
This yielded good results. I got fans in Telugu who are close to my heart. Thus Siddarth has become an inevitable person in Telugu film industry.
Once in a way, I show my face in Hindi films but most of them were not great successes. Tamil cinema is not like that. Till now there are Tamil fans. Due to some reasons I was not able to act in Tamil films. The reason could also be that I did not get good stories.
After 7 years I had donned the lead role in 180 directed by Jayandhra sir. Media people are killing me with the question that why there is such a gap. To avoid this question, I have decided to act at least one Tamil film in a year. Now I have acted in the film Kadhalil Sodhapuvadhu Yeppadi. Give me good stories and I will stay here itself."
